Honey Mustard & Turkey

Breakfast, lunch, or dinner? This turkey filled Egg Bun is perfect for every hour of the day. And the lovely honey mustard mayo ties it all together.

Ingredients and allergens

Brioche Bread– FLOUR, EGG, water, sugar, inverted suger sirap, rapeseed oil, yeast, WHEAT-GLUTEN, SKIMMED-MILK-POWDER, concentrated BUTTER, salt, natural aroma, emulsifier (E471 (vegetable)), MILK-PROTEIN, inactivated yeast, malted RYE-FLOUR, colouring (betakaroten). May contain traces of SESAME-SEEDS.

Egg– From Swedish free ranch hens M/L size

Lactose free cream– Pasteurised CREAM, lactase enzyme, stabilisers (carrageenan).

Turkey – Turkey breast (76%), water, salt, maltodextrin, yeast extract, stabilisers (E450, E451), antioxidants(E331, E301), acidity regulator (E500), preservative (E250), smoke aroma.

Sauce – Mayonnaise – Swedish pressed rapeseed-oil, water, vinegar-essence, egg, mustard, mustard-seeds, sugar, vinegar-essence, salt, stabilisers, acidity regulator, preservative.

Dijon – Water, MUSTARD SEEDS, brandy vinegar, salt, antioxidants: Potassium disulfite (E224), acidity regulator: Citric acid (E330). Allergy advice contains: MUSTARD SEEDS and Potassium disulfite

Sliced processed cheese with cheddar: – Cheddar 60%, cheese 13%, reconstituted-skimmed-milk, skimmed-milk-powder, emulsifying salt E331, E339), butter, salt, acidity regulator (E330) colouring  E160a, E160c) Emulsifier E322.
