Chili mayo and sriracha sauce – that’s what you need for a little sting in the everyday life. Fresh vegetables and crispy bacon to balance it all out.

Ingredients and allergens

Brioche Bread– FLOUR, EGG, water, sugar, inverted suger sirap, rapeseed oil, yeast, WHEAT-GLUTEN, SKIMMED-MILK-POWDER, concentrated BUTTER, salt, natural aroma, emulsifier (E471 (vegetable)), MILK-PROTEIN, inactivated yeast, malted RYE-FLOUR, colouring (betakaroten). May contain traces of SESAME-SEEDS.

Egg– From Swedish free ranch hens M/L size

Lactose free cream– Pasteurised CREAM, lactase enzyme, stabilisers (carrageenan).

Bacon– Pork loin (too 100 g fried bacon, 269 g Pork loin has been used), salt, natural aroma, vinegar, antioxidants (E301), preservative (E250). Ready to eat.

Sauce – Mayonnaise – Swedish squeezed rapeseed oil, water, vinegar essence, egg, mustard, mustard seeds, sugar, vinegar essence, salt, stabiliser, acidity regulator, preservative.

Sriracha – Stored red chili, vinegar, sugar, tomato puree, garlic-powder, natural flavours, garlic oil, thickener E415, preservative E211, E202.

Sesame oil – 100% dark sesame oil squeezed from roasted sesame seeds.

Soy – Water, Soybeans, WHEAT, salt.

Rice vinegar – Water, rice och alcohol.

Squeezed ginger, garlic och sugar.

Sliced processed cheese with cheddar – Cheddar 60%, cheese 13%, reconstituted-skimmed-milk, skimmed-milk-powder, emulsifying salt E331, E339), butter, salt, acidity regulator (E330) colouring  E160a, E160c) Emulsifier E322.

Roastedonion – onion (76%), palm oil, FLOUR, salt.

Butter -Pasteurised CREAM, lactic acid culture, salt.
